Tanning up and off to a fantatic start...
As you all know even with the new statistics that the sun is the "Vitamin D" provider you also have to be aware of the harmful effects of the sun & UV light pose to your skin. Remember the worst thing to do is get burned or "pink" from the sun even tho most people say I get pink then I tan- WRONG. Your skin tans first then the red hue that it has after is a burn as a result of over exposure to the light, which therefore damages your collogen resulting in wrinkles and premature aging even worse SKIN CANCER.
Like i say everything is good in moderation...
